SERVICES SUPPLY AGREEMENT
服务供应协议
THIS SERVICES SUPPLY AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made on [11th,August.2022] by and between CAPS Computer Science and Technology(Shanghai)Co.,Ltd., a limited liability company organised and existing under the laws of the People's Republic of China with its registered address at Room 520,Building A,No.208 Wending Road,Xuhui District,Shangha (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”), and _[DCM Education Information Consulting (Shanghai) CO., LTD.], a limited liability company organised and existing under the laws of the People's Republic of China, with its registered address at _[Room32F05A, No.28 Xinjinqiao Road, shanghai]_ (hereinafter referred to as “Client”). Service Provider and Client shall hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
本服务供应协议（“本协议”）于【2022-08-11】由以下双方签订：__上海凯沛思计算机科技有限公司 _，一家根据中华人民共和国法律组建及存续的有限责任公司，注册地址为__上海市徐汇区文定路208号德必徐家汇A栋5楼520室_（以下简称“服务供应商”）与__德威士教育管理信息咨询(上海)有限公司_，一家根据中华人民共和国法律成立并存续的有限责任公司，注册地址为_上海新金桥路28号32F05A室 021-62487878_（以下简称“客户”）。服务供应商和客户以下各称“一方”，合称“双方”。
BACKGROUND

The Parties have agreed to enter into an agreement for the provision of certain services in accordance with Applicable Laws and the provisions of this Agreement.
